Julalikari Buramana Aboriginal Corporation is the Outstations or Homelands organisation governed by a committee of management drawn from the Outstation owners.

Our primary mission is to work with communities in planning, producing and maintaining infrastructure for outstations in the Barkly region. This includes:

- Providing of housing, transport, water, power and and environmental services to communities.

- Providing materials and tools for community development.

- Providing remote CDEP to communities

- act as an advocate for the communities

The goal of the program is to allow communities to become independent and self-sufficient.

The JCAC Land Management is funded by a National Heritage Trust. Land Management works with JBAC to carry out programs on communities as well as participating in and providing technical/practical advice on land management issues in the areas of horticulture, agriculture, fire and conservation.
